Where can I buy a Go Rider card/fares?

Go Rider cards are sold at selected bus ticket agents – find the ticket agent closest to you.

You’ll pay a one-off non-refundable fee of $10 for your Go Rider card. We recommend keeping your Go Rider card receipt and User Guide and writing your Go Rider card number in your User Guide . This will be useful if your card is lost or stolen.

Go Rider cards can be topped up at either ticket agents or by the driver on the bus.

You’ll get a $5 discount when topping up with a weekly or monthly pass on your Go Rider at a bus ticket agent. Tertiary fares can only be topped up at ticket agents (not on the bus) with a valid Student ID card with MAXX Student ID sticker from an approved tertiary institution.
